1) Complete the survey-if possible online, via this link: https://forms.gle/
2) Complete the survey on paper-sending this letter, completed, back into school via the school office
3) Chat to one of our governors on the playground/in the courtyard area before school, see below for dates and times.
4) ‘Zoom’ into an online chat, hosted by 2 of our governors, where you can talk about your responses to the survey or have an open conversation., see below for dates and times These will take place on-protocol and invites will be sent through separately
