KS1 were ecstatic to see a thick flurry of snow falling from the sky, for the first time in two years! We decided that this was a fantastic opportunity to link our learning to Shackleton’s Expedition to Antarctica and we couldn’t miss it!

Making Kente Cloths – KS1 Activity morning
This week KS1 held our first Share activity morning of this year. Our topic is On Safari and we have been learning about traditional African textiles. We had a fantastic time creating Kente cloths using print pressing. We had a great turn out of parents and the children thoroughly enjoyed the session, thank you!
