Miss C Redpath

  • Miss C Redpath

My name is Christine Redpath. After completing my degree and working in a provision for deaf children for a year, I qualified as a teacher in 1985. Since then I have worked in several schools and taught across the primary age range. I became a Deputy Headteacher in 1998 and Headteacher in 2005. I recently retired, after 18 years as a Headteacher.
In addition I have worked as an Ofsted Inspector and been a Governor at a Special School for students with Severe Learning Difficulties. I have also been a mentor for new Headteachers and undertaken school improvement work as a consultant.
I thoroughly enjoy being part of a school community. I believe that the provision that a school provides should enable every child to reach their full potential in all areas, not just academically. As a Governor, I welcome the opportunity of being able to apply my knowledge and skills in order to contribute to the further development of the excellent provision that is already in place at Bosmere.
