Welcome to our school website.

We have so much to share with you about our lovely school.

It is with immense pride that we share the exciting and most current news at Bosmere from the end of January 2020. Following our Ofsted Inspection, the report has been published and I would like to invite you to have a closer look-see the Key Info tab. The Staff and Governors are delighted that Ofsted has recognised that Bosmere is ‘Good’ in all areas. This result reflects the hard work, effort and commitment that our Bosmere community of teaching & support staff, parents, governors and, most importantly, our children have collectively shown since the last inspection to raise and improve the standard of education at Bosmere.

Enjoy visiting the rest of our website, we hope it gives you a real flavour of life and learning at Bosmere.

Please do not hesitate to make contact if you would like to learn more or if, indeed, you would like to arrange a visit to our school.
Erica Hill or Nicola Broadhurst, our Admin Team, would be more than happy to help either on 01449 721750 or via our email on admin@bosmere.suffolk.sch.uk.

EY Big Breakfast Read

After handwriting wonderful invitations to invite people to our Big Breakfast Read, Oak Class spent the morning enjoying a delicious breakfast with their parents and grandparents. They shared croissants and toast whilst reading a selection of books. Mrs Pardue spoke to the parents about the benefits of reading and promoted our aim of reading 4 times a week at home. The parents found this information useful and it was lovely to see so many parents in School.

A bitesize introduction to Bosmere

Bosmere is a vibrant school, run by an enthusiastic and hard working team!

Positive relationships, based on mutual trust, are fostered, always aiming to educate the whole child. A lively, topic-based curriculum provides enriching learning experiences for children across the school. We value our relationship with our community and believe children achieve their best when parents and school work in partnership together.

Our website has been designed to celebrate our school and keep visitors informed about important information related to school life.

Each Phase of the school has its own section and so there you will find out more about specific age groups within the school. There is a fair amount to see here-enjoy the viewing.

We are very proud of our school and are pleased to share with you, among many posts, some magic moments in learning from all phases of the school. For a real flavour of Bosmere, I would direct you to our newsletters page and suggest you browse through Best of Bosmere, our monthly celebratory newsletter.

As I have indicated, we welcome all visitors and so encourage you to make contact with the school, either by telephone or email (see above), to make an appointment. Mrs Hill or Mrs Broadhurst would be happy to help you with any queries in the first instance. We look forward to developing our relationship with you and your child/ren.
