Breakfast Club:

Breakfast club is open to all students from reception to year 6 and is currently £2 per pupil and is available from 8.00am. Last breakfast is served at 8.15am. This can be booked and paid for in advance through Arbor.

Registration:

Pupils arrive at school between 8:40am and 8:50am, where they are able to come straight into their classrooms. This helps them to settle quickly and helps to minimise traffic issues at the start of the day. The school gate will be locked as soon as the registers open at 8:50am. Entry into school after this time will be through the main reception entrance where pupils sign in through our E-Reception system. Please note if your child arrives after 8:50am any pre-selected lunch choices will be removed and so a lunch will need to be ordered directly with the school office.

Pupils receive a late mark if they arrive after the registers have opened, and arrivals after 09:00am will result in an unauthorised absence mark. Repeated lates or persistent unauthorised absences may result in referral to the EWO and could incur a penalty notice being given to the parent/guardian. The Trust Attendance Officer has regular visits into school to discuss attendance with our attendance lead.

Please contact the school office before 9:00am when our register closes, if your child is going to be absent and explain their reason for absence.

Try to make appointments for the doctor/dentist after school hours if possible. Where this is unavoidable, please notify the office of the date and time. You will be asked to provide evidence of the appointment. Our Pupil Attendance Policy can be found within our policies.

• Morning session: 08:50am – 12:15pm
• Lunchtime: 12:15pm – 13:15pm
• Afternoon Session: 13:15pm – 15:25pm

For pupils to leave school grounds unaccompanied, permission from a parent/guardian is required through Arbor.

All parties with permissions to collect are listed for the class teacher on Arbor; please inform the school if there are any changes to collection arrangements.

Our typical week amounts to 33:75 hours.
